Subject: Two 31 note epimorphic breed tempered scales

These scales breed tempered versions of Fokker blocks from the 
two {2,5,7} commas, |-15 0 -2 7> and |-9 0 -7 9>. These two were
chosen to maximize harmony; they each have 13 otonal tetrads, 12
utonal tetrads, and five each otonal and utonal 9-limit quintads. I
give the tuning in 612-et, which of course is sensibly JI. Aside from
providing examples of breed tempered epimorphic scales, they make a
lot of sense as scales if effective JI and a lot of tetrads are
desiderata. Of course, Canasta has more tetrads, but not nearly as
well in tune, and getting this many tetrads using pure JI epimorphic
scales may not be possible. It would be fascinating to see an example
if it is. At the bottom I give the TM reduction.
