From: genewardsmith (2010-07-09) Subject: Some no-threes scales Here are the 6 and 13 note MOS of hemiwuerschmidt, in the tuning with just 7s. I hope it won't spoil it for no-threes purists if I point out the 13-note MOS has a couple of 7/6 intervals in it. The fact that 13 notes is a fairly exotic scale size should help make up for that. The next MOS has 19 notes, and at that point it becomes impossible to ignore the fact that there are 3s lurking around. ! hemi6.scl Hemiwuerschmidt[6] in pure 7s tuning 6 ! 193.76518129382498579 387.53036258764997158 581.29554388147495736 775.06072517529994315 968.82590646912492894 1200.0000000000000000 ! hemi13.scl Hemiwuerschmidt[13] in pure 7s tuning 13 ! 37.408912237050085272 193.76518129382498579 231.17409353087507106 387.53036258764997158 424.93927482470005685 581.29554388147495736 618.70445611852504264 775.06072517529994315 812.46963741235002842 968.82590646912492894 1006.2348187061750142 1162.5910877629499147 1200.0000000000000000
