Subject: Synchronized Blackjack

Here is a marvel (2,2) tuning of the Fokker block pipedum_21b in the
Scala archives. Six of the eight utonal tetrads are synchronized to the
(2,2) scheme. This also leads to some approximate beat
synchronization, not only from utonality, but because the beat ratio
of 9 is 5.996.
