Subject: Two 27-note no-threes Fokker blocks

Here are the two blocks with the greatest number of (breed tempered)
ontonal tetrads resulting from 40353607/4000000 and 40960000/40353607.
The commas are breed-equivalent to 126/125 and 64/63 respectively, and
the whole matter could be approached via blocks using 126/125, 64/63,
and 2401/2400. However, omitting threes makes things easier to
analzye, and we can do it up to breed equivalence.

The two scales below have 11 otonal and 10 utonal tetrads, which is
good for a 7-limit effectively JI scale of this size.
